End of Year FAQs
Please note the Auto-Replenish feature on My Payments Plus
will be turned off on Monday, May 21st.
Students are not permitted to end the school year
with a negative account balance.
Please be sure to check your student’s cafeteria accounts periodically.
My student is graduating. What can I do with the money in his or her cafeteria account? Refunds of $10 or less will be made to graduating seniors on the day of graduation practice. If your student’s balance is over $10 we can either transfer the money to a sibling’s account, transfer the money to pay school fees or issue a refund through the Treasurer’s office.
My student has graduated but I continue to get low balance notices from My Payments Plus. How do I stop this? You control your My Payments Plus account. Log into the MPP website and select “Manage Accounts” and then “Manage Students”. At this point you can delete your graduated student from your MPP account.
What happens to the money in my student’s cafeteria account if he or she is not graduating? Cafeteria account balance will roll over so they can be used for the next school year. This happens even if your student is moving to another building within the district.
