National Honor Society

NHS is a national organization based on scholarship, leadership, service and character. Students must have a 3.5 and students eligible to apply will receive applications in the spring of their junior year. A faculty committee chooses the students and once intitiated, the members participate in a variety of community service and leadership activities. Past activities include: annual blood drives, toy drives, food drives, an annual Halloween party at the Dublin Retirement Village and many more events.

Selection for new members occurs junior and senior years for those with a 3.5 GPA or higher. We build our organization on scholarship, leadership, character, and service. Meetings are usually scheduled for Tuesday mornings before school in room 211.
