The Board of Education designates and authorizes the following individual to oversee and coordinate efforts to comply with Title IX and implement its regulations.
Pursuant to Title IX, the Title IX Coordinator shall report directly to the Superintendent. Questions about this policy should be directed to the Title IX Coordinator. The Superintendent shall notify applicants for enrollment and employment, students, parents, or legal guardians of elementary or secondary school students, Board employees, and all unions or professional organizations holding collective bargaining or professional agreements with the Board of the following information:
The Board of the Jonathan Alder Local School District does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its education program or activity, and is required by Title IX and its implementing regulations not to discriminate in such a manner.
