We are now starting to receive email messages again on the japioneers system. Messages from this past weekend are starting to reach inboxes, but it may be best to confirm with the person you may have messaged that they have received your email. With the size of the mail server, it will take time for inboxes to catch up.

Over the weekend we experienced an issue with our japioneers email. We have been working through the weekend with all involved entities to restore it. Currently, administrators, teachers, staff and students can send outgoing messages but they cannot receive incoming ones. If you sent a message Friday afternoon through today, it was not received. If you need to contact your child’s school, please call and leave a message. We will contact families when our system is restored.
