The mission of the Jonathan Alder Guidance Department is to be committed to ethical practice at all times and to meet the unique intellectual, physical, social, and emotional needs of each student.
A variety of services are provided to support our mission:
- social/emotional learning
- college admissions, financial aid, and selection
- presenting information on career exploration
- providing opportunities to visit with college representatives
- giving students information regarding the ACT, SAT, PSAT/NMSQT, EOC testing programs
- meeting/communicating with parents/students
- working with students individually
- helping students/parents through the scheduling process
