The EL Department hosted its annual EL Family Night on Wednesday, December 17, at Jonathan Alder High School. The event provided families with opportunities to engage in hands-on STEM activities in the Maker Space, interact with staff from the Plain City Library and JASA, and explore a variety of educational and cultural resources.
Participants also received guidance on accessing online learning platforms through the JA website. Each student was provided with a new book of their choosing and a take-home bag of learning activities to support continued learning beyond the school setting. Every family received a pizza meal to take home at the conclusion of the evening.
