Message from the Plain City Police Department: "There will be police training at the old elementary school located at 340 West Main Street in Plain City on Wednesday, September 20th, 2023 from approximately 9am to 3pm. The training will be conducted mostly inside the building, but residents and motorists in the area may see a high level of police activity, which could cause concern for some. The building is vacant and the training will involve highly skilled officers assigned to the Union County Regional Special Response Team. Residents in the area should not be alarmed by this activity."
