What does your future look like?
Jonathan Alder Local Schools has launched a new Future Ready Learning Hub, bringing together resources, information, and opportunities to help students explore career pathways and connect what they learn in the classroom to life beyond high school.
The hub features information connected to seven career and industry pathways:
Agriculture
Construction
Healthcare
Logistics
Manufacturing
Service
Technology
Students and families can also learn more about the people and partnerships that support career exploration and preparation, including families, community partners, teachers and staff, counselors, and the district's College, Career, Workforce, Military Readiness Coordinator, Dr. Nicole Schrock.

Built by a Pioneer
The new hub also provides an example of Future Ready Learning in action.
Cora McCutcheon, a Jonathan Alder High School student interning with the district's Communications Department, designed and built the hub as part of their internship experience.
Working in coordination with and under the guidance of the district's CCWMR Coordinator and Communications Coordinator, McCutcheon helped turn the vision for a centralized Future Ready Learning resource into a functional hub for Pioneer students and families.
The project provided an opportunity to apply skills in technology, communication, organization, design, and problem-solving while creating a resource that will benefit students throughout the district.
