The Jonathan Alder Board of Education hosted its regular monthly meeting on Monday, December 8, 2025. The meeting was held at Canaan Middle School, where building principal, Mr. Rob Walter, presented on Clubs at Canaan. Additionally, JAHS Athletic Director Scott Reule gave an update on fall athletics, and recognized volleyball senior Ali Hayes, who was in attendance, for her all-state award.
Additionally, Mrs. Sonia Walker gave a first reading for NEOLA Local Policy updates. The policy revisions are scheduled for a second reading and action at the January regular meeting. Mrs. Walker was also selected as president pro tem for the 2026 Organizational Meeting in January.
