Former Plain City Elementary and current Canaan Middle School student, Addison Carney, recently returned to PCES to speak with all 3rd grade classrooms about the wonderful opportunities available through Madison County 4-H. After reaching out to Principal Kathy Savage, Addison scheduled time with each classroom to share how 4-H supports youth through hands-on learning experiences, builds critical thinking skills, encourages service to the community, and promotes healthy living.
Addison also invited our students and families to attend Madison County 4-H Rally Night on Monday, January 27 from 6:30–8:00 p.m. at the Madison County Fairgrounds. This is a great opportunity to learn more about 4-H and how to get involved. We are grateful to Addison for giving back to PCES and inspiring our students. She did an AMAZING job!
