The district is proud to recognize our Jonathan Alder High School Competition Cheerleading Team for an outstanding season capped by a second consecutive state championship.
The team competed Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Big Walnut High School, delivering a powerful final performance of the year to capture the 2026 Division 3 Non-Building State Championship. The victory marks back-to-back state titles for the program and a fitting conclusion to a season defined by dedication, teamwork, and consistent excellence.
The championship run began in the fall and included a conference title on November 16th, when the team earned its second straight CBC championship. The squad continued its momentum on January 31st with a state qualifying performance at Dublin Jerome High School, securing a berth to the OASSA State Championship.
Throughout the season, the athletes demonstrated remarkable commitment to their craft, spending countless hours refining routines, supporting one another, and representing our district with pride.
