The Monroe Teachers had a healthy competition this morning before school of matching celebrity Valentine pairs together. The first five winners received a box of chocolate.

Our first grade students had an amazing afternoon on Friday of culminating activities based on their recent Amplify unit about space. A special thank you to Mrs. Byers for all of her hard work and planning to create a fun-filled afternoon for our Monroe first graders.

Instead of our usual staff meeting this morning, we decided to switch things up with some serious holiday fun! 🎄 We kicked off the day with a competitive round of Marshmallow Dodgeball and a game of unwrapping a saran-wrapped gift... all while wearing oven mitts! Laughter, teamwork, and a bit of friendly competition—what better way to start the week? We love moments like these that bring us together and remind us that work can be both productive AND fun!
