As of Friday, 5/16, the Auto Replenish feature in MyPaymentsPlus (MPP) will be suspended for the remainder of the school year. Please be sure to check your student’s meal account balance daily and manually add funds if necessary.
All negative meal account balances should be paid by the last day of school. Balances may be paid online through MyPaymentsPlus or money may be sent into school with your student.
Free & Reduced Price Meal Applications for the 2025-2026 school year must be completed, signed and submitted AFTER July 1, 2025. Forms may be found in your student’s Final Forms account or on the district’s website.

Summer EBT is Back!
Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer (SEBT), also known as SUN Bucks, will continue for summer 2025. Summer EBT provides grocery benefits to low-income families with school-aged children when schools are closed for the summer. Families will receive a one-time benefit of $120 for each eligible child and can use the money to buy food during the summer at grocery stores, farmers markets, and other authorized retailers. Summer EBT benefits will either be loaded to a household’s Ohio Direction Card or a benefit card will be sent in the mail in a plain white envelope addressed to each eligible child.
All children between the ages of 6 to 18 participating in one or more of the following assistance programs will automatically receive Summer EBT and do not need to apply:
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
Ohio Works First (OWF)
Medicaid (if income meets USDA Income Eligibility Guidelines for current program year)
Children enrolled in the Jonathan Alder School District for school year 2024-2025 and approved for free or reduced-price meals prior to 4/15/25 will also automatically receive Summer EBT and do not need to apply. JA students who were approved for free or reduced-price meals after 4/15/25 and do not meet any of the above criteria should fill out an Summer EBT application at https://sebt.ohio.gov/application/.
