Request for Qualifications- Architect and Engineer Firms
The Jonathan Alder Local School District Board of Education (“Owner”) is seeking professional design services. The Board is interested in a diverse scope of services which includes developing plans, drawings, and specifications for construction/renovation projects as part of an OFCC ELPP project, as described on elevatealder.com. The final budget is estimated to be approximately $70,625,000. Interested firms can submit statements of qualification electronically to Jordan Lester, Director of Operations, by 1 pm local time on December 15, 2025. Scoring to follow immediately. Request for Qualifications- Construction Manager at Risk
The Jonathan Alder Local School District Board of Education is requesting statements of qualifications pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33, et seq., from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for its Jonathan Alder LSD-ELPP-2026 Project. The Project will include a 115,968 square foot addition to Jonathan Alder High School, renovations to existing facilities and, building and demolition of existing facilities. Questions may be directed to, and Requests for Qualifications may be obtained by written request from Mark Ingles, Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer, at inglesma@japioneers.org. Qualifications will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. local time, December 29, 2025.
Financial Statement
The financial report of the Jonathan Alder Local School District for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, has been completed. This report is available for inspection at the office of the Treasurer, Jonathan Alder Local School District, 9200 US Route 42 S Plain City, OH 43064.
