Request for Qualifications
The Jonathan Alder Local School District Board of Education (“Owner”) is seeking professional design services. The Board is interested in a diverse scope of services which includes developing plans, drawings, and specifications for construction/renovation projects as part of an OFCC ELPP project, as described on elevatealder.com. The final budget is estimated to be approximately $70,625,000. Interested firms can submit statements of qualification electronically to Jordan Lester, Director of Operations, by 1 pm local time on December 15, 2025. Scoring to follow immediately. Financial Statement
The financial report of the Jonathan Alder Local School District for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, has been completed. This report is available for inspection at the office of the Treasurer, Jonathan Alder Local School District, 9200 US Route 42 S Plain City, OH 43064.
