Request for Qualifications

The Jonathan Alder Local School District Board of Education (“Owner”) is seeking professional design services. The Board is interested in a diverse scope of services which includes developing plans, drawings, and specifications for construction/renovation projects as part of an OFCC ELPP project, as described on elevatealder.com. The final budget is estimated to be approximately $70,625,000. Interested firms can submit statements of qualification electronically to Jordan Lester, Director of Operations, by 1 pm local time on December 15, 2025. Scoring to follow immediately.
